Jeannine Haney, LMHC

Do your feelings come in overwhelming waves? Or do you feel like you are treading water, struggling to put the past behind you? Maybe you see patterns of poor choices?

Let me support you in calming the tides…

Meet your new Therapist

Hi, I’m Jeannine Haney, a licensed mental health therapist based near the shores of Florida’s Space Coast. I’m ready to support you in your healing process.

What to expect in Therapy…

Whether you’re carrying a heavy story, working to heal relationships, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome.

You don’t have to figure it out alone—you just need to show up. We’ll take the rest one step at a time.

Individual

I work with individuals to help them navigate difficult emotions resulting from traumatic situations. Conducting a detailed assessment to create a plan that is tailored to you. I then use evidence-based interventions to help you reach
your specific goals. Telehealth only at this time.

Couple & Families

Relationships are the foundation of healing—and sometimes, they’re also where the deepest challenges arise. At Eventide Therapy, we offer couples and family sessions to support healthier communication, rebuild trust, and navigate complex dynamics with care.

Evidence-Based Treatment Tools:

Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), Life Stress Reduction (LSR), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT), Polyvagal Techniques, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Adoption Competent

In addition to traditional family and couple issues. I am uniquely trained and experienced in providing adoption-competent therapy, honoring the unique experiences of adoptive families, birth connections, and children with foster care histories. Whether you're adjusting to new roles, facing grief or attachment wounds, or simply seeking greater connection, we create a space where every voice is heard and every relationship matters.

Trauma Intensives

In addition to ongoing therapy, I offer focused trauma intensives—extended sessions designed to support meaningful movement in specific areas of healing.

Trauma intensives range from 3–6 hours per day, scheduled over a long weekend or across several days per week. This concentrated approach allows for deeper therapeutic work and often leads to more rapid relief from symptoms, helping clients regain a greater sense of control and connection in their lives.

Why Consider a Trauma Intensive?

  • Tailored to your needs: Session length and frequency are customized based on your goals and emotional readiness.

  • Deep, transformative work: Extended time creates space for more profound processing and insight.

  • Fewer outside distractions: Stepping away from daily demands allows for more focused and uninterrupted healing.

  • Potential for faster results: Research shows that intensives can lead to meaningful symptom improvement in a shorter time frame than traditional weekly therapy.

Please note: Trauma intensives are in person, they are not covered by insurance, and you must have an individual therapist you are seeing regularly.
